Capitol Roundup: Gov. Brown Vetoes Parental Leave Bill, Approves Sex Crime & Wage Discrimination Bills

California Gov. Jerry Brown vetoed a bill to expand parental leave. He approved two bills that emerged after a former Stanford University swimmer was sentenced to six months in jail for sexually assaulting a woman passed out near a trash bin.
