Yolo County Adopts Color-Coded Food Safety Placards

Starting today in Yolo County, restaurants, grocery stores, delis and other food businesses will begin displaying color-coded placards to rate food safety inspection results. It's modeled after a system Sacramento County started a decade ago.

It looks like midtown will finally be getting a Whole Foods grocery store. A local developer this week announced the store would be on the ground floor of a new mixed-use project at 20th & L streets.
