Passengers Encouraged To Arrive Earlier To Sacramento International Airport

If you're flying out of Sacramento International Airport, arrive two hours in advance of your departure. That's the recommendation from the Sacramento County Department of Airports Tuesday.

SMF Passenger Numbers Highest Since Recession

2016 was a milestone year for Sacramento International Airport - 10.1 million passengers came through the airport, up nearly 5.3 percent from the previous year. The last time the airport hit the 10 million mark was in 2008.

UC Davis Instructs Flying Eye Clinic Staff

A flying eye hospital made a stop in Sacramento yesterday to get surgery training from UC Davis Medical Center experts. The eye care charity group Orbis says it's new aircraft is the world's only mobile eye-teaching hospital.
