Some Returning Grant Students Will Be Tested For Tuberculosis

UPDATE: 300 students will be tested for tuberculosis next week. The testing is follow-up to a wide-spread infection of 125 students at the school this spring.

Woman Dies From West Nile Virus In Sacramento County

A Sacramento County woman in her 70's has died from the West Nile Virus. The Sacramento County Department of Public Health says the woman had a compromised immune system, which put her at greater risk of infection from the virus.
