Flood Warning For Dry Creek Area In Rio Linda; Evac Order Remains South Of Manteca

February 20, 2017

UPDATE 10:50 p.m.: Sacramento OES has issued a voluntary evacuation warning for the Dry Creek area in Rio Linda. The levee breach in San Joaquin County is halted, but evacuation orders are still in place. Truckee CHP says I-80 westbound is open.
