People around the world have been advised or ordered to stay home due to coronavirus.

A lot of bread is being enjoyed as a result.

Since the coronavirus pandemic shut down much of the globe, many have taken up bread baking to fill the time. According to mental health experts, it’s more than just breaking bread. It can ease nerves and provide a therapeutic sense of comfort to yourself and others that might be struggling.

Guests

  • Professor of History and food historian at the University of the Pacific Ken Albala
