Following District Attorney Anne-Marie Schubert’s announcement that her office would not file charges against the two police officers who shot and killed Stephon Clark, activists, faith leaders and others in the community expressed anger and disappointment over what they call justice denied.

Barry Accius, a Sacramento-based organizer with Voices of Youth, joins Insight to discuss the community’s response to the decision, including a sit in at the Arden Fair shopping mall. The special broadcast will also include interviews with people from around the Sacramento region collected by CapRadio reporters.
