California lawmakers have spent months crafting a new approach to how the Capitol handles sexual harassment complaints in the wake of the "We Said Enough" campaign. The joint subcommittee of the Assembly and Senate released their proposed policy last week, then discussed it at the Capitol Monday. 

Joining us today is Pamela Lopez, a lobbyist and partner with K Street Consulting  and president of Work Equity. Her personal story of harassment led to Assemblyman Matt Dababneh resigning his seat in December 2017.
