  • On Monday, Sacramento police released an additional 53 videos from the shooting death of Stephon Clark. 
  • On NPR's Weekend Edition, Lulu Garcia-Navarro asked Citrus Heights police Chief Ronald Lawrence, vice president of the California Police Chiefs Association, about a new bill in Sacramento that would restrict when police can open fire.
  • President Donald Trump and Gov. Jerry Brown continue to spar over negotiations to deploy the California National Guard to the Mexico border.
  • The Santa Rosa Press Democrat won a Pulitzer Prize on Monday for its coverage of the devastating wildfires that ravaged Santa Rosa and Sonoma County last year.
