You’ve probably seen them at the grocery store or gracing the countertops of local businesses. Orchids are one of the most interesting and increasingly popular variety of plants popping up indoors. But how do you properly care for them?

The Sacramento Orchid Society has been taking the mystery out of orchid care for more than 70 years and they are holding the 71st Annual Orchid Show and Plant Sale this weekend at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center.

Nick Burnett and Dave Veach join Insight host Beth Ruyak in studio to talk about orchids, what makes them unique and how the society can help growers.
