Sacramentans continue to speak out about systematic reform in the wake of the police shooting of Stephon Clark, an unarmed black man killed March 18 in his grandmother’s backyard in Meadowview.

Tuesday night’s City Council meeting was dedicated to discussing police accountability, with police Chief Daniel Hahn answering questions from the mayor and city officials.

Capital Public Radio’s Ezra David Romero attended the meeting and joins Insight host Beth Ruyak to talk about what he saw and heard from community members and leaders.
