LGBT Comedy Night At Rainbow Festival 30th Anniversary

Breaking into comedy is tough: stage time is hard to come by, and making it as an LGBTQ comic can be even tougher.

To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Sacramento Rainbow Festival, the Sacramento Comedy Spot is hosting a showcase of the region's funniest voices for LGBTQ Comedy Night.

Melissa McGillicuddy is known as a co-producer on the underground showcase for comics called the Moving Van Comedy Show, and she will be performing at the sold out LGBTQ Comedy Night along with Jason Anderson for a night of hysterical laughter. The comedy show, which is produced by the Sacramento Comedy Foundation, is also a fundraiser to benefit the Rainbow Festival.
