On Wednesday, May 18, Dr. Richard Pan, author of a legislative resolution to mark an annual “Day of Inclusion,” will bring community and cultural leaders together to discuss how the divisive rhetoric we are exposed to takes a toll on communities.
The panel will speak to how some of the shameful and discriminatory actions toward immigrants in our past continue to have imprints on our present lives and how we can create a culture of inclusion in our communities.
Dr. Pan will be joined in studio with two of the panelists, Barry Broad and Priscilla Ouchida to talk about the importance of cultural inclusion and the upcoming event
at the California State Railroad Museum.
