TEDx Sacramento takes place Friday and one of the speakers made history by inventing a bionic pancreas to help his son with diabetes. We’ll hear from Edward Damiano, Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Boston University, about his family’s struggle with his son’s diabetes and the breakthrough that made his invention possible.
