An organization spearheaded by Rabbi David Wechsler-Azen is launching a new project that will create community chefs for low-income neighborhoods. These community chefs will design community meal plans and ready-to-(h)eat meals for their neighborhoods that will be distributed from a mobile kitchen. Chefs like Randall Selland and Patrick Mulvaney are teaming up with Rabbi David’s non-profit Fresher Sacramento for the project. Rabbi David and the chefs are kicking off the project at Mulvaney’s B&L Wednesday.
