Proposition 47 passed with 59.3 percent of the vote. Within days of the election, law enforcement changed how they charge and prosecute some crimes. On Nov. 12 we spoke with longtime District Attorney Jan Scully and DA-elect Anne Marie Schubert about the prosecutor’s perspective on Prop. 47. Today we’ll hear from criminal defense experts about what they think.
