This year marks the 40th anniversary of Prop. 9, the Political Reform Act of 1974. On Insight, we’ll meet the new chairperson of the Fair Political Practices Commission and Election Jodi Remke, who was appointed by Gov. Brown this April. Remke will discuss the implications of Senate Bill 27 enacted this year, which requires the publication of the top 10 campaign contributors to committees supporting and opposing each state ballot measure.
