Insects are an important part of the diet for 80 percemt of the world’s cultures. "Bugs and Beer" will explore the delightful flavors and surprises when bugs meet brew. The joint tasting will be led by Charlie Bamforth, Anheuser-Busch Endowed Professor of Malting and Brewing Sciences at UC Davis, and celebrated Bug Chef David George Gordon at the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science on Saturday, Nov 1 at 1:30pm.
