Longing For Somewhere Far Away

  

Music often reflects the journey...or lack thereof. A new single from experimental vocalist Hatis Noit called "Fernweh," loosely translated - "farsickness" -  is the opposite of homesickness. It's a longing to see far away places. In addition to providing her unique and ethereal vocals, Hatis Noit produces a new work for the upcoming compilation from the record label Erased Tapes called "Music of KŌ" due out in April. There's new music from Jean-Michel Blais as well as favorites from Olafur Arnalds, We Like We, Adult Jazz, and plenty more. It's Saturday Night! Let's go!
