Authorities are looking for a missing 11-month old boy who was abducted from San Francisco on Wednesday night. The boy's name is William Brown. He's black and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and shark-print pajama pants.
The alert is in effect for the following counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Contra Costa, Solano, Santa Clara and Alameda.
The suspect is a 44-year-old black female, named Phoebe Hayes. She's five-feet tall, 180 lbs and was last seen wearing a black jacket, boots and a skirt.
Police are looking for a white 2004 Acura TL.
