The Sacramento Kings and City of Sacramento have won two legal challenges to the downtown arena project.
Sacramento Superior Court Judge, Timothy Frawley today issued a final ruling in favor of the City of Sacramento on California Environmental Quality Act challenges to the arena project.
In a statement, the City says "the action allows the project to proceed with its proposed timelines."
Demolition is expected to be wrapped up before the end of this year with construction scheduled to begin in early 2015.
