(AP) - State wildlife officials have captured and released two more black bears in the Sierra and they're on the lookout for another one on the edge of Reno.

Nevada Department of Wildlife biologists have handled 15 bears since July 1 in what they expect to be busy bear season because the drought has them searching for food and water.

The most recent bears were trapped Tuesday, one south of Gardnerville and another at Lake Tahoe near Incline Village.

A third was spotted early Wednesday morning wandering through the northwest neighborhood of Kings Row before it returned to the foothills of Peavine Mountain.

Eleven of the 15 bears have been safely returned to the wild. Two were hit and killed by cars, one was euthanized for public safety reasons and another for livestock predation.
