The format will include one moderator, Stan Statham, President/CEO of the CBA and the two candidates who will be seated at tables to the moderator’s left and right.

The debate will be available by satellite to all California radio and television stations, and will include simultaneous Spanish translation and closed captioning. Major networks are expected to carry it live, and hundreds of media representatives are expected to be on campus covering the event.
