Homeless Moved Off Vacant Lot
You may notice more homeless people around Sacramento’s downtown and midtown areas. That’s because several dozen homeless who set up camp in a vacant lot were forced to pack up and leave.

State Schools Chief Weighs In On MRSA Infections
The State Schools Chief is asking parents and schools to help prevent outbreaks of a drug-resistant staph infection that in rare cases can be fatal. The move comes after several cases were reported at schools in Yuba City, Natomas and Rocklin.
