Stockton Record Paywall Today on Insight, we follow up with the publisher of the Stockton Record which instituted a paywall for its Web site in January. How are things working out?

Roger Nygard Director and producer Roger Nygard, probably most notorious for directing the documentary "TREKKIES" about the more "colorful" fans of Star Trek, has a new film opening for one night in Sacramento. "The Nature of Existence" is about the biggest questions there are in life such as, Why are we here, and what are we supposed to do about it?

"The Nature of Existence" plays at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, July 18th at The Guild Theater, 2828 35th St., Sacramento.

Chef Tyler Stone A 21-year-old Northern California man is a rising star in the next generation of American chefs. Chef Tyler Stone will be doing a cooking exhibition during the California State Fair. You'll meet him and hear why he's chosen to work with food for a living.

The California State Fair runs through Sunday, Aug. 1st at Cal Expo.

Freebadge Serenaders Sacramento comedy-singing duo The Freebadge Serenaders have a new CD and they're having a release party tonight. You'll meet them and hear about the inspiration behind their act. Plus, they'll perform in studio.
