K Street Redevelopment The long-contemplated redevelopment of K Street in downtown Sacramento is closer to becoming a reality. From four contending firms, a city advisory board has recommended two developers to re-do two blocks of K street between 7th and 9th streets and the city council will be discussing the options at next Tuesday's council meeting. Today on Insight, we'll talk with the developers of the Boqueria plan that would include a year-round marketplace.

Fat Stem Cells Can stem cells from fat help heal bone? Researchers at UC Davis are looking into this after receiving a grant from the U.S. Army. We'll talk about it with researchers Kent Leach and Larry Galuppo.
