Water Use Sacramento residents use more water per person than any other city in the state. The Sacramento Bee's Charles Piller has done an investigative report into how Sacramento uses its water and who the biggest water users are.
Artist Soldier Army Sergeant Jessica Oliff was injured in action in Iraq. She's having an art show in Martinez, showcasing the art which she has used to help in her rehabilitation.
