"Vive la Food" A locally made documentary that tells the story of two French chefs who've made their livings in Sacramento is playing in Sacramento this weekend. Filmmaker Raphael Hitzke tells you about "Vive la Food."

"Vive la Food" screens at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21st at the Midtown Monthly Gallery, 1719 25th St., Sacramento.

"Treasure of the Sierra Madre" California Stage is bringing an adaptation of a classic movie to Sacramento. "Treasure of the Sierra Madre" opens this weekend and stars Mitch Agruss - of local Cap'n Mitch fame. We'll talk with Agruss and the writer of this adaptation, Herb Robins.

"Treasure of the Sierra Madre" opens Saturday, Feb. 21st at the Wilkerson Theatre, 1723 25th St., Sacramento. Performances are at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays through March 22nd. Information: (916) 451-5822.
