Jenny O'Mara A veteran member of Sacramento's Capitol press corps is moving on but for once it's not because of downsizing. Today on Insight, we talk with Capital Public Radio's Jenny O'Mara about her memories of covering the state government in a turbulent decade.

"Wit" Sacramento's B Street Theatre just opened its latest production, "Wit," to rave reviews, especially for actress Julia Brothers. You'll hear about her highly acclaimed performance as a terminal cancer patient and meet the director who's brought this piece to life.

"Wit" runs through Saturday, March 7th at the B Street Theater, 2711 B St., Sacarmento. Performances are 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, 8 p.m. Saturdays, 2 p.m. today and Feb. 12th and 19th, and 1 p.m. Sunday. Information: (916) 443-5300.

Cowboy Poets One of the largest national gatherings of cowboy poets happens in Elko, Nevada this week. You'll meet two fo the featured performers, country singer-yodeler Wylie Gustafson and poet Paul Zarzyski, and hear about their work. This segment originally aired Oct. 28th, 2008.

The 25th National Cowboy Poetry Gathering runs through Saturday, Jan. 31st in Elko, Nevada.
