School District Rebuttal/Spy/Pastel Artist/Smartsville book


School District Rebuttal  A Sacramento school district is considering legal action because of the price it paid in an expensive land deal. Today on Insight, the president of the Natomas Unified board gives the district’s point of view. He’s responding to an earlier discussion on our program.

Master Pastel Artist  "A Passion for Light: A Twenty-Year Retrospective" showcases paintings by master artist Gil Dellinger, including the pastel work for which he is best known.

"Smartsville and Timbuctoo" A new book about two once-booming gold-rush towns in Yuba County has just been released. Authors Kathleen Smith and Lane Parker tell you about the history of Smartsville and Timbuctoo.
