McKinley Village / Marcos Breton / World Food Issues

McKinley Village  Developing vacant land near Sacramento’s Capital City Freeway - an area commonly known as the Centrage site - has proven impossible for many. Today on Insight, Phil Angelides tells you about McKinley Village, the proposed infill project he's working on for the area. You’ll also hear from the East Sacramento Improvement Association, a neighborhood group that kept the last attempted development from happening.

Marcos Breton  We check in with columnist Marcos Breton. His column appears every Wednesday and Sunday in the Sacramento Bee.
