Merchandising Beer  Local craft brewers and alcohol-problem advocates are concerned about a bill that would raise the promotional cap on beer merchandise. Today on Insight, what effect would this have on California’s beer industry?

Sac Film Fest  The Sacramento Film and Music Festival kicks off this week. You’ll meet two of the featured directors. Tracie Donahue is a Sacramento local who's film "Secrets to Love" looks at relationships and marriages. Ermena Vinlaun is a director from Northern California who film "Tea & Justice" tells the story of the three of the first Asian-American women to join the New York Police Department.

"Secrets to Love" is at 7 p.m. today and "Tea & Justice" is at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23rd at the Sacramento Film and Music Festival at The Crest Theatre, 1031 K St., Sacramento. Information: (916) 600-7029.

Dinah Lenney  Actress Dinah Lenney tells you about "Bigger Than Life: A Murder, A Memoir," the memoir she wrote about the shocking murder of her high-profile father Nelson Gross. Lenney is the keynote speaker at this weekend's Sacramento State Summer Writers Conference.
