Bob Livingston / "Twelfth Night" / Fireplace regulations


Bob Livingston  Alternative country musician Bob Livingston is performing this week in Sacramento. Today on Insight, Livingston will tell you about one of his new projects that unites musicians from Texas and India - he calls it "Cowboys and Indians." He'll also perform live in our studio.

"Twelfth Night"  STC-2, the Young Professional Conservatory of The Sacramento Theatre Company, opens its season with Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night." It's set in the 1970s. You'll meet the director and two of the actresses, plus you'll hear a scene.

STC-2's "Twelfth Night" runs through Sunday, Sept. 30th at the Sacramento Theatre Company Stage 2, 1419 H St., Sacramento. Performances are at 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Information: (916) 443-6722.

Fireplace regulations  The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District is voting on a new rule this week that would curtail Sacramento residents' use of wood-burning fireplaces on bad air days. What does this mean for residents and who will enforce it?
