The Amgen Tour of California begins at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18 in Justin Herman Plaza in San Francisco. Stage 2 from Santa Rosa arrives in Sacramento between 2:15 and 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20. The stage that day concludes with three circuits through downtown Sacramento before finishing on the front step of California's Capitol Building.
