On leave from Liberia / "Sex Talk" / Hip hop author

On leave from Liberia  Sacramento man Gabriel Williams is back home for a few days break from his job as Assistant Minister for Information for the government of Liberia. We first met him in May on the eve of his departure for Monrovia.

"Sex Talk"  The play "Sex Talk" is coming to Sacramento this weekend. Written by former Sacramento resident Gaelika Brown, the play consists of three women giving monologues on a variety of topics from romance to relationships, sex to STDs. Today on Insight, Brown and other castmembers read scenes from the play live in our studio.

Hip hop author  The author of "Angry Black White Boy" tells you about the history of hip hop. Adam Mansbach is speaking this week in a panel discussion about hip hop at the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento.
