Sacramento Kings’ 20th Anniversary Today marks the 20th anniversary of the Arco Arena and the Kings basketball team in Sacramento. Host Jeffrey Callison speaks with Jerry Reynolds, an executive with the Kings who’s worked with the team since its inception. Writing teacher Pat Schneider talks to Jeffrey today about her work. Schneider has led hundreds of workshops since the 1970s, helping writers find their voices. She has taught award winning writers, and writers mired in poverty and hardship. "We're all writers," she says, "Since our earliest days we have used language as a tool and as an art form. Each of us can move our closest friend to laughter, to deep emotion, to experience a 'denouement' by our storytelling."
