State Settles Claim Over Sidewalk Accessibility
Caltrans has agreed to spend $1.1 billion over 30 years to make sidewalks and curbs more accessible to the disabled. On Tuesday, the agency announced that it’s settling a class-action lawsuit filed by disability rights activists.
