Ghost Fleet To Be Towed, Recycled
Federal officials are moving forward on a plan to clean up and recycle a fleet of decommissioned warships sitting in Solano County’s Suisun Bay. The first ship will be towed out of the bay Thursday.

UC Board of Regents Approve 32 Percent Student Fee Increase
The fee increase means undergraduate and graduate UC students will pay an additional 25-hundred dollars starting in January.

Health Officials Say H1N1 Cases Down In California Over Past Week
State Department of Public Health Director Mark Horton says Swine Flu cases have levelled off a little in California, but he says people still need to be careful especially if they plan to travel over Thanksgiving.
