New Ports Project Aims to Shift Traffic from Trucks to Boats
Port officials in West Sacramento, Stockton and Oakland are excited about an opportunity to move most of the traffic shipped between the ports on boats – instead of trucks. They hope it will clear up both freeways and skies.
