“There is a shift in the weather. It’s going to be windy and cloudy.”

Felix Garcia is a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Sacramento. He says the gusts won’t be higher than 45-miles-per-hour…so we shouldn’t see any fallen trees around town. But Garcia says temperatures will drop dramatically from yesterday.

“10 to 20 degrees depending on where you live. So the winds will make the temperature a little bit cooler than what it actually is.”

Garcia says the Sierra will see a chance of snow. Some spots could get around an inch, depending on location and elevation.
