Sac State Students Upset with CSU Fee Hike

California State University’s governing board voted Tuesday to raise student fees by 20 percent. That’s on top of an earlier 10 percent fee hike.

Trustees hope this will help close an almost $600 million budget gap within the CSU system. But on Tuesday, on the campus of Sacramento State, students weren't happy to hear the news.
