It only really started three months ago, but the fast, furious and brief campaign for Sacramento mayor will come to an end tomorrow – maybe.  Heather Fargo faces five challengers including former NBA star Kevin Johnson in her bid for a third term.  If any candidate picks up 50 percent of the votes, that person will win outright.  Otherwise, the top two finishers will move to a November runoff.
