Superior Vision Services inked a new contract to provide eye exams for members of the military reserve. The contract gives the company access to more than 730,000 reservists who need health, dental and eye tests to ensure their fitness for duty. The deal is one of several Superior Vision has landed since it brought in $54 million in private financing last year. The company, based in Rancho Cordova, has been growing. It started care for 118 new groups on Jan. 1. This is more than double last year, when the company took in 55 new clients. Superior Vision chief executive officer Rick Corbett said annual revenue is up 20 percent. Superior Vision has 1.5 million members nationwide. The company employs 70 people locally.
