Sacramento’s new police chief says he’s all about communication.  Rick Braziel wants to increase the amount of information available to the public.  He also wants the department to learn how to think ahead – he calls it playing chess instead of checkers.  Braziel was sworn in Wednesday morning and spoke with KXJZ’s Ben Adler that afternoon.
