"State law already waives the license fee for those who sell goods. But this will expand it a little bit further to veterans who sell service type businesses such as notaries, photographers, law offices, tax preparers – that type of thing."
Normally, a three year business license costs $130. Under the proposed ordinance, veterans would only have to pay $65. The board is expected to approve it Tuesday, December 4th.
