The latest effort to build a new arena for the Sacramento Kings officially got under way Friday.  The NBA is shooting for the Cal Expo grounds, the site of the California State Fair.  Cal Expo’s board voted unanimously to have its staff start talking with the NBA consultant tasked with finding the Kings a new home.
