The region’s largest drop in home values occurred in Yolo County, a dip of 13% since the first quarter of 2006. Homes in Sacramento County were down 8%. El Dorado’s homes decreased 6%, and Placer County 4%. The findings from Zillow.com, an online real estate tracking company, include homes recently sold, or available to purchase, and homes not on the market as well.
