Governor Schwarzenegger will kick off a week full of speeches with one that’s been eagerly awaited by many— his plans to overhaul health coverage in California and provide insurance for those who don’t have it.

Former Assembly Majority Leader, Democrat Dario Frommer says that’s going to be a difficult balancing act.

“Especially for a governor who says he doesn’t want to raise taxes, he’s against putting any mandate on employers to provide health insurance and he’s got a budget deficit…”

Early reports of the Governor’s plan say it will include healthcare for all children and encourages wellness incentive programs.

Tuesday, the Governor will deliver his State of the State address that will lay out his broad goals for the coming year. Wednesday he will present his proposed budget.
