Dan Crowley was the CEO at the Foundation Health Corporation years ago, saving it from bankruptcy and turning it into a Fortune 500 company. He’s now at the helm of U.S. HealthWorks, after a large investment. That company is the 2nd largest in its field, running occupational health and urgent care centers. Crowley may move its Atlanta headquarters to Sacramento, which could bring 200 executive positions. U.S. Healthworks currently has 2,200 employees nationwide, including 75 at clinics in the Sacramento region. Crowley says he will grow the company rapidly through acquisitions.
