Schwarzenegger is being joined by a group of business and political leaders in Mexico City and Monterrey on the two-day trip.  The Governor will be promoting California businesses and products – specifically agriculture, the film industry, and high-tech.  State Chamber of Commerce President Alan Zaremberg is on the trip.
Chamber spokesman Vince Sollito says the high-tech industry is an important focus:

“In fact the leading area of export growth from California to Mexico is electronics and electronic products, computers, etc.

Schwarzenegger will meet both with current Mexican President Vicente Fox – and President-elect Felipe Calderon.  He’ll also attend an environmental expo.
